3rd year- preclinical year

Salam3laykum! hai semua! =)

1stly alhamdulillah...skrg, right now i'm in 3rd year... tahun pre-klinikal.. Alot of things to remember n to do.. 4 main subjects yg kena pegang betul2; Pharmacology, Pathology, Mikrobiology & Parasitology.. keempat2 subjek ni mmg sgt best&menarik..tp part yg xbestnya, bila byk benda yg nk kena ingat.. tp xpe.. it's just a small part of new coming interesting things to happen in the future... sape tahu kn? nobody knows except HIM.. 

 From now onwards, blog saya akn jadi a little bit skema sedikit sbb i think i wanna make my blog beneficial to me n everybody. Take the good one n ignores the bad one right? As some of hadith says that: "A good Muslim is those who are beneficial to others n to themselves". Ini x bermaksud yg kita ni perfect 100%.. that's impossible! tp, mnjadi org yg dari hari ke hari lebih baik is good dan dituntut agama... 

And i do hope that kalau ada sesiapa yg dkt luar sana tu medical students and nk berbincang apa2, do comment n insyaAllah i will try to reply if i'm not busy =) 

And below this is part of my 3rd year life..

Lets learn about on how to determine our pain..

     Harini kita akn berckp psl pain pulak...You guys tahu x yg pain generally kita rasa sewaktu serangan tiba2 (sudden attack) can indicates a lot of other acute or might be severe internal disease (penyakit dalaman)?

     So, mcm mana nk tahu penyakit apa yg kita sdg kena & nk identify penyakit tu? Okay...let's learn...If you guys out there might experienced any one of these; saya prefer you guys to go to the nearest clinic and ask your doctor to do any screening test...

*Penyakit2 kritical ni boleh di"identify" kalau anda pernah rasa sakit dekat: 

1)Cardiac pain

- referred(merujuk)to pain in : -retrosternal region(bahagian dada-dlm)

                                -base of the neck(leher)

                                -left shoulder, left arm & forearm

2)Esophageal pain(salur makanan)

- referred to pain in : -pharynx

                                -lower neck(atau bawah leher)

                                -middle line chest region

3)Gastric pain(perut)

-referred to pain in : -epigastric region to the right

                               -Right shoulder (if diaphgram  

                                is intacted)-bahu kanan

4)Renal & Uteric pain(Hati & area pundi kencing)

-referred to pain in : -inguinal region

                               -testicle & scrotum

5)Uterine pain(pundi kencing itu sendiri)

-referred to pain in : -suprapubic region

                               -perineum

                               -lowerback(sakit tulang blkg)

6)Appendicular pain

-referred to pain in : -skin area around umbilicus 

                                (pusat)

                     

Dengan kata lain, kalau ada terasa pedih/sakit yg sgt2 sakit, lebih baik terus rujuk pada doktor... But then, kdg2, sakit ni jugak boleh refer kpd "angin bdn"...kalau ikut pepatah melayu... Overall, "PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE"...kalau dah selalu kena dgn sudden attack ni dkt tmpat yg sama berkali2, eloklah jgn ditangguh and better terus berjumpa dgn doktor... okay..sampai sini saje! bye! salam3laykum ;)
