A liitle project in the making..

 Assalamualaikum guys..and..hey!.. It's been a while...
just wanna write a few articles about my "Is it gonna be Project??" so.. It does makes u wonder..so do i.. I just wanna write that lately my attention has been captured by a few pictures about fondant cake..yeah..i know it is a little bit lame.. But, who cares?.. It's just about me.. So i google-ing a few basic steps for a beginner like me... U know what? When there are many things that u can make them by yourself, it does actually can improve your self-talent and save your money.. And who knows maybe u can end-up becoming a bussinesswomen right? So let's have a take look about it.

(1) Color the fondant to desired shade. Roll it to about 1/8" thick or thinner. -See more at http://www.make-fabulous-cakes.com/fondant-ribbon-roses.html#sthash.qhTYQbpQ.dpuf -

(2) Using a pizza cutter and a ruler, cut a rectangular shape of approximately 3" by 7". You can cut them smaller or bigger depending on what size you will need. Once you cut the rectangle, fold it over lengthwise.

(3) Then take one end and start rolling it to the other end. You can pinch the bottom part, like making some pleats, as you roll along. This helps open up the rose a bit. 

(4) Once it's rolled all the way to the end, cut the excess part off. 

(5) Next for the leaves, cut the fondant into squares. What I do is roll out the fondant and cut a big square, then I cut smaller squares. This helps the production faster. 

(6) Then take two opposite corners of the square and pinch them together in the middle.

(7) Cut the pinched part in the middle.

(8) And voila, you get two leaves at once! 

You can make them roses and leaves ahead of time and leave them to dry or you can place them on the cake right away.

and the main important things that u need is "shortening"..

Tarikh dia 26.5.2012... Selamat Hari Lahir sahabatku, Nur Liyana Binti Ahmad Zaki... We guys Love you fillah (because of Allah) ;) selamat masuk ke alam 22 tahun.. Dah makin tua dah rupa2nya kita..umur makin tua, ilmu nk kena byk, amal pon nk kena seiring.. jgn lupa selalu solat taubat...everyday... because we all make sins to HIM everyday, every seconds, let HIM love all of us more, let all of us be more prepared to see HIM again after this.. (Oh Allah, please forgive us for every sins that we make in front of you..amin)

Nmpknya, lps ni, kakak Liyana kita dh bersedia lah utk melangkah ke alam rumah-tangga ya kak Liyana? hee~ ;)

Doakan kejayaan kami semua ya Liyana? Moga baki sisa hidup Allah berkati dan setiap amalan dan ibadah sunah kita diterima olehNya...Amin..;) 

I always pray & feel grateful for every persons that come and go from my life because I know, Allah has wrote it in my book of 'amal, that every of them can bring something to me, though they are bad or even they are too nice & good for us.. Just Love every creatures on this earth because of Allah for Allah has love & empathy HIS servants with HIS bless... I hope Allah will grant my do'a for me & all of my friends to be a good daughter, a good servant, a good wife, a good mother, and a good future doctor.. Thank you Allah for all of your gift.. Hai guys!!... I think it's been a long time since November 2011 we didn't chat yet... Feel like it seems dah lama & dah berhabuk blog ni rasanya... so, for today, i feel like wanna update some of my "recents activity... the latest one is my attachment day...

On that time, during last years' summer, i got a chance untuk deliver a normal delivery & got a chance to deliver the cute baby! ^_^ 

On that time, i really feel so excited... sbb one of the besic knowledge & preparations for medical student is experiences.. Kata org, nnt senang time nk kerja nnt... wah,,,on that time, only Allah knows how much i feel and see the pain of a mother utk melahirkan seorang anak... i feel so touch mak... thanks mak sbb lahirkan saya dkt dunia ni.. thanks for all the thought, bebelan, every marah2 tu, on that time, i feel really appreciated... sbb you can see a struggle between a die & life in front of your own eyes!.. terharu time tu...

Rasa nk nangis pon ada...*hu2, actually mmg dh nangis dh time tu... balik je dari attachment, i text my mom... wish kat mak, 

Me: "Salam mak,mak apa khabar? rindunya dekat mak...rindu dekat ayah..   

       Mak sihat? mak, wah(gelaran saya dkt mak ^_~) nk ckp, thanks sbb

To every moms out there, thanks for grow us up.. thanks for every of your advices.. walaupon kdg2 rasa "sakit hati+panas" je dgr nasihat tu, but we know, at least, with the 1,000,000 nasihat tu kami akn ingt sampai bila2 dn turunkan dkt generasi ank-cucu kami spya amalan + nasihat & pahala tu ttp mengalir sampai bila2... utk mak&ayah juga.. terima mak, ayah..=)

Time sesi pencerahan attachment round from one of our seniors yg kebetulan at the same time buat attachment jugak.. mmg bgs! 

Ok, time ni 1st time saya msk ward. Rasa mcm dh clinical year student dah.. 

Mmg sgt cuak. 1st ward yg msk; RICU.. ada 4 critical patients.. Mmg sgt takut, nervous, risau + sedih sbb tgk atuk2 ni semuanya critical.. Mmg terharu tgk..sedih tgk dorg ni.. mana x nya, 1patient=7-8 penyakit.. Allah, mmg sgt sedih tgk...rasa insaf dibuatnya.. hargai masa sihat sblm sakit...

Antara sakit2 yg saya ingat, Breast cancer, jaundice, Heart failure, liver failure, ada sampai kena buat mastectomy, + byk lagi...saya xingt sbb x belajar lagi..mmg sedih tgk pakcik2 & makcik2 ni.. tp, saya dpt azam baru bila tgk patient2 ni, mesti semangat belajar+study, sbb kalau x, kita boleh menyebabkan kematian seseorang.. So, xkisahlah apa pon subjek yg anda pegang, berusahalah dgn sungguh2, setiap pekerjaan ada amanahnya...ok?

Dkt nephrology department...tgh ada biliary surgical..
